This year, I'm trying to put the focus back on the simple story of Christ's birth instead of on toys and Santa. One thing we did was go to the Faces of the Nativity creche display which featured over 400 creches. We really, really enjoyed the sweet spirit we felt there. At the end we went into the children's room, which had hands-on displays, books, and this dress-up area. The boys really enjoyed being a wiseman and shepherd and visiting "baby Jesus."
