He LOVES puddles, so I took him to Target to get some rain boots. He was very excited to try them on...so excited that he wouldn't take them off! He insisted on walking proudly out of the store in them. I had to take another pair up to the front to pay! Here they are:
On another day, I was really pleased when Tommy asked me for cookie cutters to play with his play dough. (Usually he doesn't get too creative with playdough, and I thought that maybe this time he was going to cut out some nice cookie shapes, which would make me so proud!) Here's what he did:
Last but not least, tonight, Jon was reading Tommy a children's book on temples. When they came to the page showing a baptismal font, Jon tried to explain to Tommy who his ancestors are for whom he might perform baptisms. Jon gave a really nice explanation, but what Tommy learned was simply, "Don't fall in with the caribou."

Tommy is too funny. I love the funny things he does. The cookie cutters are so funny. To make it more Tommy, he should have lined them all up!
