Six Months and the World Is Brighter

We've had Samuel for six months now, and ever since his birth, the world has been brighter! He's such a darling angel and has added so much to our family, just as Joey and Tommy have. What a blessing Heavenly Father has given us. Here are some pictures I took of Samuel after his bath tonight. Isn't he cute?!!

Not only is he cute, he's also bright and happy and sweet. He's very quick to smile and very ticklish, especially under his chin. He loves to blow bubbles and spit. He can say 'da,da,da,da' and 'ma,ma,ma,ma' He can sit up on his own for a few seconds or longer. He's learning to eat baby food, but so far he doesn't really like it! (The first feeding he just cried; the second feeding he was a bit calmer, but he had to suck his thumb in between bites to comfort himself; the third, fourth, and fifth feedings he mostly spit out...Anyway, we're making slow progress but he still doesn't like food as much as you would expect for such a roly-poly little baby.) He's 28 inches long and 21 pounds, which puts him in the 90th percentile for both height and weight. He's probably our easiest baby yet because he's as happy as Tommy but sleeps as well as Joey. (He still sleeps a ton, which is awesome.)
